Therapy is basically a process that offers a space to explore issues you are struggling with and finding difficult to make sense of at a given moment in time. It is a containing space that provides a place to hold you and your trials.
My approach is integrative in that it is informed by the specific needs of the individual. I incorporate different psychological approaches and tailor treatment accordingly.
My therapy process is concerned with self-discovery to enable you to experience the freedom to think and be differently in your life and in relationships with other people. I enter a process with those who are facing difficult changes, adjustments and challenges and see therapy as a journey for those who have the courage to face a problem and don’t choose to be blind to their past and the influence it may have on their present.
