"Success as a therapist is not found in doing something for the client, but rather in being someone for the client."

individual therapy
My work as a psychologist is grounded in the belief that healing begins when a person is truly met. In therapy, I aim to offer each individual my full presence — not to fix or direct, but to listen deeply and attentively to what may be waiting to be seen, felt, or understood.
Often, the truths that shape our lives are not immediately visible to us. They live beneath habits, patterns, and long-held ways of relating to others and to ourselves. Therapy becomes a place to gently uncover these hidden truths, at a pace that feels safe and respectful, allowing new meaning to emerge.
Central to my therapeutic approach is an attention to the space between people. This includes the space between you and others in your life, as well as the space that exists between you and me in the therapy room. It is within this relational space that emotions are expressed, boundaries are tested, trust is built, and old experiences can quietly repeat themselves — often without words.
By paying close attention to what unfolds in this shared space, we can begin to notice patterns of connection, distance, longing, or protection as they happen in real time. These moments offer powerful insight into how you relate to the world and how the world has related to you.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I work alongside you with curiosity, care, and respect, creating a thoughtful and contained environment where reflection, emotional honesty, and growth are possible. Together, we make room for what has been unspoken, overlooked, or carried alone, allowing a more authentic sense of self to take shape.
